This picture was provided by Ernie Daffin. On the back of the photo it says "Amanda Caroline Kirkpatrick Daniel with her little son Bruce taken in 1866." It couldn't be 1866 if it is her son Bruce. Bruce Boneau Daniel was born in 1855. In this picture he appears to be about 3 years old. That would put the picture at about 1858. If the earlier date is correct, then the child is a different child.
