In the 1870 census for Carrollton twp., Carroll Co., AR she was named Candis Evelyn (?) and aged 8, born in Arkansas.
The Marriage Records of Erath County, Texas show that they were married by T. V. Buchannon, Eld. Parents b TN per 1900/1910 census McLennan Co, TX. Her name is spelled with a "K" or "C" at different times. The 1900 Census says she had 7 children, 2 of whom were then living.

WOMAN WHO LIVED IN WACO 50 YEARS DIES
Mrs. B. B. Daniel, 65, Succumbs At Home of Daughter; To Be Buried Wednesday
Mrs. B. B. Daniel, 65, died Tuesday at 4:45 a. m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. D. Alessandro, 2425 McFerrin avenue. Funeral services are to be held Wednesday at 3 p. m. from the home with Rev. Mr. Mayo, pastor of the Primitive Baptist church officiating. Interment will be made in Oakwood.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by two daughters, Miss Maud Daniel, principal of Dean-Highland school, Mrs. A. D. Alessandro; two granddaughters, Nicolina and Evelyn Alessandro, of Waco; five brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Daniel had lived in Waco for 50 years. Pallbearers will be J. C. Blake, R. W. Bird, E. H. Crawford, H. D. Nail, Bradford Hunt, J. L. Marsh.

She was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Waco, Texas 4 Jan 1928.
