He is the child Jackson age 19 in 1850 and Theophilus age 29 in 1860 - no Jackson in 1860. This is the probable solution to the conflict in children. "History of Terrell Co", p 290: "In 1889 the Beulah PBC was moved to its present location four miles east of Parrott on a plot of land given by T. J. Daniel." Abel's son Thomas J. gave land for the Methodist Church. In the 1860 census, his household consisted of himself and Melissa Brooks, age 26, born GA. One of the T. J.'s served Co B. 2d Regt, GA State Troops, p 168.
