The only Ringstaff listed in CEMcD notes on Rocky Mount Cem. is Eugene Jackson Ringstaff Oct 1860-23 Jul 1863. In April 1992, Broyce sent the additional information on MDR's children. MFDR, 14 Oct 1964: "Now I am a Great Great Grand Mother - a nice girl arrived, Sunday, name Alice Am... Black - they say she is perfect." That letter also says: "... there are 2 graves at Danielville Church about two miles this side of Cool Spring. They were put there before I was born I guess - a man name William Daniel owned land on right of road going north wife died first then he. my Papa bought 120 acres of the land when I was just a little girl. He bought it from a man name Mastine? Papa said they were distantly related to us. They had a pasled? in covered house over the graves out in wooded section long before a church was ever though being built. Those palling decayed from age - no markers but the graves are kept mound... a friend told me she is distantly relaton from the Bozeman family and is Post Master at Honoraville now. This place is in Beat 2, Crenshaw Co..."
